Memphis Grizzlies: Justice Winslow, Jaren Jackson Jr. trending in the right direction, according to HC Taylor Jenkins

Memphis Grizzlies has yet to give an official timetable on the return of Justice Winslow and Jaren Jackson Jr. Head coach Taylor Jenkins revealed both Jackson and Winslow have participated to practice to a certain degree.

Jaren Jackson Jr. is recovering from a meniscus tear in his left knee, while Justice Winslow is rehabbing a hip injury. The Grizzlies have not made clear, when the two players are going to be ready to play.

Winslow has yet to make his debut in the Grizzlies’ uniform, since he was acquired from the Miami Heat in the Andre Iguodala deal prior to the 2020 trade deadline.

The Grizzlies are on the play-in tournament conversation despite missing many players due to injury and COVID-19 protocols this season.

A potential return of Jackson and Winslow could be a huge boost in their chances of making the postseason this year. However, long term seems to be the priority for Memphis.
