Los Angeles Lakers will not have Anthony Davis at their disposal for the next four weeks, according to coach Frank Vogel. The Lakers will try to remain afloat without Anthony Davis on their starting lineup.
So, expect LeBron James to continue play at the MVP level, while Markieff Morris, Montrelz Harrell and Marc Gasol will receive most of the minutes in the forward and center position.
Kyle Kuzma will continue to be the starting forward, since he has a great run in the last 10 games. He averages just about 13 points on 49.5-percent shooting with 6.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists per contest.
Last night against the Nets, Kuzma had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds in 34 minutes of play. The Utah product shoots 36.2-percent from deep in 25 games this season.
The Lakers could also miss Dennis Schröder for the foreseeable future due to the NBA’s health and safety protocols. It’s unclear how many games the point guard will sit, however James is going to take more play making responsibilities in the next few games.
