Brooklyn Nets: Kevin Durant to miss next two games with a mild hamstring strain

Kevin Durant faces another small setback in his first season back from the injury that kept him out all season last year. The Nets announced KD suffered a mild left hamstring strain.

The Nets’ superstar will at least miss the next two games against the Suns and the Kings to receive treatment to his left hamstring.

Durant missed some games due to the NBA’s health and safety protocols last week. The superstar trio of Durant, Irving and Harden has played just seven games together so far.

It seems that Kyrie and Harden will have increased scoring duties in the next couple of games as the Nets will try to maintain their winning ways, after the blowout win against the Warriors

Jeff Green is expected to have increased duties in the wing, while Bruce Brown and Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot will see increased minutes.
